Caries treatment includes removal the damaged tissue and restoring the formed space with plugging material. This procedure is conducted with local anesthesia and is quite painless. On this stage endodontic treatment is necessary, what means removal the infected soft tissue of the tooth, cleaning the root channels and forming, disinfecting and filling the formed space with a special material. This procedure is conducted by the local anesthesia.
During the endodermic treatment process different modern apparatus is used. In diagnostics in case of necessity cone-radial computer tomography (3D picture) is involved. Removal the infected soft tissues from the channels and channel formation happens by using the small circulating tools and special apparatus – endo-mate. Selected circulating tools (German Company BDW, Switzerland Company FKG) provide full removal of the tissue from the channels and perfect formation of the channel in three dimension, creating the pre-term, of complete filling of the channel in future. By the best combination of 3D diagnostics, 3D formation and filling we get a modern approach of treatment, which is known in the modern dental space as 3D endodontic treatment.
Laser is used for the channel disinfection during the treatment process. Laser ray is especially effective in advanced clinical cases for treating the inflammatory processes around the root. Laser usage significantly decreases the treatment terms and number of visits to the doctor. One uses Sirona Laser Apparatus of German Company with the combination of three different wave length Sirona Laser Blue.
The latest systems are also used: a hot gutta-percha system for filling root canals, the latest Philps Zoom 4 and the latest technologies for taking impressions of teeth and making custom caps.
